Provencal fish soup, aioli
with sauce rouille.
Scallop, langoustine and
crab risotto.
Grilled panache of market fish,  pomegranate dressing. Pheasant braised with celery, port, chestnuts and cream.
St. Emilion au chocolat. Walnut and treacle tart with
 vanilla ice-cream.

Pigeon breast, haricot bean puree,
and air dried ham.
Gratin of monkfish, scallops, crab,
 prawns, mussels and clams.
Pan-fried pollock, Jerusalem artichoke,
 mash and mustard sauce.
Local venison, beetroot, gherkin
and sour cream.
Plum trifle. Warm fig and frangipane tart.
